Apply for Training

For the safety of students and instructors, and in accordance with social distancing guidance amid the COVID-19 pandemic, CNOA will be limiting the number of students in each in person training class.

Upon submission of application, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list while your information is being vetted. When your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a response within 7 business days of submission, email training@cnoa.org
